Referee’s position, bottom
On all fours with them riding you.
- 02
Reach back & sit through
Reach back over their arm to control it, sit your hips through and away from them.
- 03
Come around to top
Pivot on the controlled arm and spin around their back to come up on top.

- Reach deep over their arm and trap it against your side.
- Sit your hips through to the mat, not just lean.
- Spin around the trapped arm to the back, then settle on top.

- Reaching short so the arm slips free.
- Sitting without trapping the arm first.
