Our Story
The App for All Martial Artists.
The story
I’ve trained martial arts since I was five years old. As the passion grew, motivation turned into discipline, and discipline into obsession.
We believe everyone should train a martial art at least once in their life. It’s the best exercise in the world. It humbles our egos and, ironically, slowly grows our confidence.
DARCE is our way of making that easier: easier to start, easier to understand, and easier to progress.
Our mission
Make martial arts easier to learn and faster to progress in, and share the passion we have adopted for it, to make the world a better place :)

Questions before you start.
Who makes DARCE?
DARCE is made by Kellert Labs Pty Ltd, an Australian company based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Its founder is Kai Kellert.
Why did you build DARCE?
We went looking for the app and it didn't exist: everything we tried was low quality and clunky, and none of them did everything we wanted. So we built it, to make martial arts easier to learn and faster to progress in.
Why is it called DARCE?
DARCE is named after the D'Arce choke, a choke from the front headlock. You can learn it step by step in our technique library.
What is the private beta?
It's DARCE's early access phase: we're onboarding 50 founding testers first, and the app is free during the beta. It's a work in progress, so features can change and things may break.
