Clinch up
Control the head and an arm at close range.
- 02
Step in & reap
Break their balance backward, step your lead foot beside theirs and swing your rear leg behind their leg to reap it out.
- 03
Drive through & finish
Turn the corner, drive your weight through them and come up in top position.
Key details
- Break their balance onto the heel before you reap.
- Drive the head and chest forward as the leg sweeps back.
- Reap with the back of the thigh, not just the foot.
