    Establish mount

    Stay high and heavy in mount.

    Feed the grips

    Thread both hands deep into opposite collars, thumbs in, palms up.

    Drop your weight & finish

    Pull the elbows down and to the mat and drop your chest to close the choke on both sides of the neck.
