- 01
Establish mount
Settle high and heavy, hips forward, ready to attack the arms.
- 02
Isolate the arm & climb
Trap one arm to your chest and climb to high mount, sliding your knee into their armpit.
- 03
Swing over & fall back
Swing your leg over their head, pinch your knees and fall back, lifting the hips to finish the armbar.
