Engage in your stance
Fight for ties and find the angle to penetrate.

Change levels
Drop your hips beneath theirs, back straight and head up.
- 03
Penetrate high & lift
Step your lead knee in deep, keep your head up on the inside and drive one hand high into the crotch, lifting the leg as you come up.
- 04
Drive through & finish
Turn the corner, drive your weight through them and come up in top position.

- Head up and on the inside, never buried down the middle.
- Penetrate deep so your hips get under theirs before you lift.
- Lift the leg and drive forward to break the base.
