Engage and find an arm to attack.
- 02
Drag the arm across
Grab the wrist and triceps, pull the arm hard across your body and step to the outside as they turn.

Take the back
Follow the drag to their back and lock your hands at the waist.
Key details
- Control both the wrist and the triceps for a tight drag.
- Pull across your body and step off the line at the same time.
- Get to the back and lock hands before they can re-face you.
