Back control
Seatbelt and hooks, ready to attack the collar.

Collar & leg grip
Grip deep into the collar over their shoulder and control their pant leg or knee with the other hand.

Draw the bow
Fall back to the collar-grip side, pull the collar up over your shoulder and the leg down to stretch and strangle them.
Key details
- Get a deep collar grip over the shoulder, thumb in.
- Pull the collar one way and the leg the other, like a bow and arrow.
- Fall toward the collar side to add your whole body to the pull.
Common mistakes
- Shallow collar grip with no cutting angle.
