  1. 01

    They shoot a single

    The opponent changes levels and captures your lead leg.

  2. 02

    Throw the whizzer

    Throw a tight over-hook on their near arm, drop your hips and pressure down to stop their finish.

  3. 03

    Turn the corner on top

    Crank the whizzer, free your leg and circle to the front headlock or top position.

  • Get the over-hook deep and pinch it tight to your side.
  • Sprawl the hips heavy into them to kill the finish.
