- 01
Posture in their guard
Get in tight with your hips forward, ready to scoop.

Scoop & stack
Drive both arms under their thighs, lift and stack them onto their shoulders so their hips come off the mat.

Settle into side control
Clear the legs, drop your chest onto theirs and lock side control with a cross-face and underhook.
