    Set your stance

    Rear hand ready at the chin.

    Dip and load

    Bend the knees slightly and drop the rear shoulder to load, keep the hands up.

    Drive it up the middle

    Extend the legs and rotate the hip as the rear fist travels straight up through the chin, palm facing you.

    Recover to guard

    Snap the hand straight back to your chin and reset your stance, never leave it out.
